Jeff - The Owner
As the owner of Precision Roofing And Remodeling Jeff is hands-on with almost every project, making sure the work meets the standard he'd expect for his own home. He's known for his attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to getting things done right.
He's also responsible for most of the dad jokes on site-whether anyone asks for them or not.
Tara - Office Support
Tara helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Supporting day-to-day operations, she plays a key role in making sure projects stay on track.
Kailey - Business And Marketing Manager
I'm Kailey I handle marketing, ads, social media posts, building and managing the website, and lots of behind-the-scenes work. I make sure every customer has a smooth, organized, and positive experience working with us.
Koen - Crew Member
Koen works alongside the team on projects, helping deliver quality results and learning the trade. He brings a strong work ethic and attention to detail to every job he's on.
Luna - Mascot
Keeps moral high by greeting the employees as they come by in the morning to get ready for the day.
